We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every pair of Oreana boots. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring you receive boots that meet our high standards.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including:

  • Stitching failures due to manufacturing defects
  • Sole separation caused by defective adhesion or construction
  • Leather defects present at the time of manufacture
  • Hardware failures due to manufacturing defects

What's NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Negligence, misuse, or abuse of the boots
  • Improper care or cleaning methods
  • Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
  • Accidents, including cuts, punctures, or burns
  • Exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal use
  • Failure to follow care instructions

Our warranty is specifically for manufacturing defects—not damage caused by how the boots are used or maintained after purchase.

Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase required.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your boots have a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the defect
  2. Our team will review your claim and determine if the issue is covered
  3. If approved, we'll provide instructions for return or repair

We reserve the right to inspect returned boots to determine if the issue is a covered manufacturing defect or results from wear, misuse, or other excluded causes.
