Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Oreana boots. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with returns and refunds within our policy guidelines.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your boots must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Boots must be in brand new, unworn condition from the bottom of the sole through the top of the boot
- No signs of wear, scuffs, scratches, dirt, or use anywhere on the boot
- Soles must show no contact with pavement, floors, or any surfaces
- All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and materials included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Important: We inspect all returned boots carefully. Any indication that boots have been worn—including marks on soles, creasing in leather, scuffs on heels, or dirt anywhere on the boot—will result in the return being rejected. Boots must be in the exact same condition as when they arrived to qualify for a refund.
We recommend trying boots on indoors on carpet or clean surfaces only to ensure they remain in returnable condition.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- Provide photos of the boots in their current condition
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the boots back using a trackable shipping method
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned boots:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your boots arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you. Please review our Warranty page for information about manufacturing defects covered under warranty.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or purchased with special promotional discounts may not be eligible for return. These restrictions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
