Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Please note:
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if damaged)
- We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue
- Replacement or refund will be provided once the claim is processed
Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier and to us within 48 hours.
